My organisation has recently invested in an upgrade to our existing NPM/Cirrus toolset and brought us kicking and screaming up to NPM 10.1.2 and also the NTA and IP SLA Manager modules.
We already have all our Cisco Call Managers (or Unified Communications Managers as they are now) being polled in NPM but when I try and add them through the 'Manage CallManager Nodes' screen I get the error "xxxxx does not respond with the SNMP credentials provided" when I know that the SNMP credentials NPM is using are valid as the device is already being polled and there are no host/subnet restrictions.
Needless to say this has got my VoIP TDA and myself pretty stumped as we didn't expect to fail at the first hurdle.
When listing the devices by 'machine type' on the 'Add CallManagers' screen they are listed as 'Cisco MCS 7845H' and we're running Call Manager version 7.1.3.32900-4 and IP SLA Manager 3.5.1.
Any advice here would be gratefully received.
