Hi Folks - Am I missing something here? I don't see an 'Attribute' that matches to 'Client User Names' field in the Discovery Connections. Any Help? Thanks!
It looks like the available Attributes depend on which 'Discovery Tool' you are using.
WMI does not allow for the same set of Attributes...
There are other missing relative 'Attributes' as well.
Purchase Date:
OS License Key:
Office Version:
Office License:
Other Software: (is this different from 'Installed Software'?)
Other Software License:
Not sure if you are seeing it or not, but I have "user name" as the attribute for my Client User Names.
I'm not pulling in Office version, OS License key, Office license or the other softwares. So I can't say what options would or wouldn't be there.
To further this, In my AD/LDAP connection, I am mapping sAMAccountName to Username. This is probably how they are tied together.
Hmmm... You have MANY more options for Attributes than I have available... Version issue?
My production is still on 12.3 and I get the same list as bknight. 12.4 is out now but they did not add any additional attributes or default supported discovery tools. so that's not it.
