Top 5 or Top 10 process email alert during email notification

Hello ,i know this has been covered before but i still dont get how to set this up

Id like to get an email notification when CPU is more then 85 percent for 10 minutes - this is working

in the same email notification a dump of that nodes top 5 or top 10 process's for cpu consumption

can someone break this down in a simple manner

I have read and googled this but the forums i find are hard to follow

NB. I found I had to set a long timout otherwise the emails were sent blank, possibly due to low resources on the box not replying with process details in time, so you the following:

"APM\SolarWinds.APM.RealTimeProcessPoller.exe -n=${NodeID} -count=10 -timeout=180 -alertid=${N=Alerting;M=AlertID}"

then

Escellation level 2, sent four minutes later to send the actual email with the following variable:

"${N=Alerting;M=Notes}"

eg.

${Caption} CPU currently ${${N=SwisEntity;M=CPULoad}} and RAM ${N=SwisEntity;M=PercentMemoryUsed}

The top 10 processes running at the time of this poll are listed below (nb. if server resources are too high it may not return a list of processes):
