Do I need add Call Manager Subscribers to VNQM or Only Publisher to Process the CDR/CMR files??

In this moment I just add the Call Manager Publisher and the CDR files are still in the FTP folder. And i Cant see any Call details in the VNQM

My FTP credentials and AXL credentials were tested secuesfully but the files still there.

What do you think about this problem??

Call Manager subscribers also have to export CDR/CMR files to FTP server??

Irrespective of publisher/subscriber you need to add the call manager to VNQM of which you want to process CDR/CMR.

Thanks, for your help, after adding all the Call Managers, begin to process all the CDR/CMR files.

The VNQM only will process the CDR/CMR files for CallManagers Added of the Cluster.
