Is there a way to automatically create a client based on being CCed on a ticket by email? Or to at least let their reply create a note in the ticket?
Setup > E-mail > Options > Incoming Mail: Create Accounts for Unrecognized Senders
You'll probably want to configure Accepted Domains to keep things in check.
