I have configured an action rule to email all managers whenever a ticket has been closed in web help desk.
Is there a way to include the notes that were in the ticket?
I agree, notes in action rules, why can;t we do this already? I been looking for a couple of hours with no luck.

Would probably be a good place to go. That would be an excellent thing to have in Action Rules. Right now I kinda use Custom Fields to get around it, but it's not a good solution.
