Allow Alert Instance details to be considered in an Alert Reset condition

I would like to allow my alerts to reset if the condition no longer exists AND if the alert has been acknowledged. However, we're unable to consider if the alert has been acknowledged. By allowing us to consider elements of the triggered alert in the alert reset conditions, we can be more flexible to achieve our long term goals.
