After upgrading our SolarWinds environment to version 2026.2.1, we noticed that the new Routing Insights dashboard is not available in our installation.
Based on the release notes, this dashboard appears to be available only for SolarWinds Observability customers. However, our organization uses a standard Network Performance Monitor (NPM) license rather than an Observability license.
We would like to request that the Routing Insights dashboard also be made available for customers using the standard NPM license.
Routing information is an essential part of network monitoring, and having access to this dashboard would provide significant operational value without requiring migration to the Observability platform. Many long-time NPM customers would benefit from this capability as part of the on-premises product.
We would greatly appreciate your consideration of making this feature available for standard NPM licenses as well.
