The new features that are coming out, like editing visual workflow maps and Sandbox are locked to Premier, is a bit ridiculous.
Our company cannot justify Premier tier cost with the amount of licenses (200+) we need to pay for.
I cannot begin to count the number of times we as a company have asked our account rep and CSM over the past 5 years about a Sandbox environment, only for it to come out and be locked to a higher tier.
I understand that there needs to be some difference between Advanced and premier, but the way things are set up and priced makes a lot of the features inaccessible to a lot of people that could benefit from them.
If there was a way to pay a smaller additional fee to get access to some of the features on a lower tier that would be a great option.
