Remove 15 character hostname restriction on SWOSH install

When installing SWOSH 2026.1.0 we got the message that the hostname length must not exceed 15 characters. This messes up clients' hostname naming scheme. Please fix.

"Name length rules:

Minimum name length: One character
Maximum name length: 15 characters"
