Fix issues before rolling out more

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd sure rather have issues fixed before developers focus on AI and new features. I have reported tickets on some of these and it has been months:

1 App drop down menu not showing full results, only shows first page full but you can't scroll. But if you search for what you know is hidden in the list it shows up - still not fixed

2 App assets won't show warranty info like in desktop version

3 Unable to merge or relate tickets via app

4 Unable to hit back button in top left when opening a picture from attached incident, back text is too far up in corner of phone screen. app on iOS

Thanks a lot for taking the time to write this out and for being so specific about the issues you’re seeing. I completely understand the frustration—core workflows on mobile need to be reliable before anything else, and that’s something we’re actively focusing on.

Over the last few releases and into our 2026 roadmap, we’ve put a dedicated stream on mobile stability and core workflow parity. That work is focused on things like assignment, task handling, asset support, navigation improvements, and overall reliability, rather than just layering new features on top.

On the specific issues you mentioned:

Dropdown not showing the full list
That shouldn’t be happening. We’ve addressed a number of rendering and navigation issues in recent releases, but if this is still occurring, it’s something we’d want to capture in a support ticket so we can tie it to the exact device, OS, and app version.
Asset warranty information missing
Mobile asset views have historically had less detail than the web, and we’re working toward better parity. We’re expanding asset support on mobile, but if key fields like warranty are missing in your current version, it would help to log a ticket so we can track that specific gap.
Unable to merge or relate tickets
Today, merge is still a web-only action. We do have incident merge and better relationships planned in the mobile roadmap so we can do this without switching to the browser, but it’s not available in the current builds yet.
Back button hard to hit when viewing images (iOS)
We’ve been addressing a number of attachment and image-view issues recently. The tap target and navigation behavior are part of that same set of usability improvements, so this is something we’d like to capture in a ticket with device and app details.

At a broader level, our mobile focus for the near term is on:

Core workflow parity (assignment, tasks, incident handling)
Stability and tech-debt reduction
Attachments reliability fixes

We’ll continue calling out mobile fixes and improvements in the release notes as they ship. In the meantime, if you can share device, OS, and app version details in a support ticket, that will help us make sure your specific issues are tracked and addressed.
