I don't know about the rest of you, but I'd sure rather have issues fixed before developers focus on AI and new features. I have reported tickets on some of these and it has been months:
1 App drop down menu not showing full results, only shows first page full but you can't scroll. But if you search for what you know is hidden in the list it shows up - still not fixed
2 App assets won't show warranty info like in desktop version
3 Unable to merge or relate tickets via app
4 Unable to hit back button in top left when opening a picture from attached incident, back text is too far up in corner of phone screen. app on iOS
