We’re pleased to announce the current release of SolarWinds® Web Help Desk (WHD) 12.8.5, which is now available on the SolarWinds website and in your customer portal. As with all versions, you’ll find updates, bug fixes, code refactoring, enhancements, and a Tomcat upgrade. We’re especially excited about some of the features in this release.

What’s new?

Messaging: Admin will get updates when a new version of WHD is released.
Improvements in Purchase Order.
