We’re pleased to announce the current release of Web Help Desk 12.8.2 is available on the SolarWinds website and in your customer portal. As with all versions, there are many updates, including bug fixes, and security improvements. We’re especially excited about a few things in this release.

Security Enhancements - Libraries upgraded to address vulnerabilities which will ensure strengthening of WHD core.
Upgraded the version of Spring framework and Spring Security, Tomcat, RHEL and JDK version
