WHD - WMI port configuration

Is it possible to configure WHD to use a specific reply port for WMI queries? I know it uses Port 135 to send out the request and then chooses a random port to the reply. I would like to know if WHD can be configured to use a specific port for the reply because of how our network is locked down.

Went through all the steps mentioned and still no dice. Set ports on server that is hosting WHD, created group policy object and applied to test computers and still no scan results.

Any other ideas out there?
