Does Alert Central have the ability to integrate tightly with any of the major ITSM suites, such as Remedy? We already do this with Orion NPM to some degree by sending SMTP messages to Remedy which are then parsed to create incident tickets with data relavent to the issue. Can Alert Central do this in a more streamlined way?
