This is starting to become a regular occurrence with our team when trying to provide remote support using Dameware. This is happening when connecting to Windows 10 Pro computers in an enterprise environment. Sometimes it is fixed by having the end user reboot their computers and then we can connect with no problem.
I've seen a couple of threads here with the same issue but there doesn't seem to be a solid solution listed in those threads. Our settings in windows allow remote connections.
