1. The "State" column in the Incident Index View
- It is not possible to manually select the colours for the columns which have them. This would be extremely useful and should include all possible colours rather than only pastels.
- The "State" bubble does not expand with its column size; which means that no matter the size of column, you cannot read states with long titles.
2. We should be able to make the name of a field independent of the text which is displayed next to it on forms.
- For instance; I would like to have a field which is called "Fault" for ease of use within logic. However, when that field is displayed, I want the user to read "Is this ticket about something which is behaving incorrectly, or is broken? Or are you making a request for the IT Team to do a piece of work?" This could be the single best upgrade to Requester user experience on this platform.
