Requesting the ability to disable the AutoSave feature. This is causing issues and confusion since the information in an unsaved ticket is populating to all new tickets. This means we cannot have multiple drafts open without having to clear out all notes already typed for the previous ticket. Since we use an automation to open a blank ticket for each call taken from our support queue, this causes confusion in high call volume situations where multiple tickets show the same notes.
