Would be nice to be able to automate which queues/groups associates are placed into in SWSD through security groups on the AD end (apologies if this is already available)
Solarwinds Service Desk does support Azure AD user provisioning. This will automatically sync azure AD groups to SWSD. You can then either use those groups directly in SWSD for assignment, or assign those groups as nested groups instead of existing SWSD groups.
