On my wish list are more options with the task feature, like using Quick Ticket Option and set more ticket details on creation then available at the moment ( in the end all field available on ticket opening)
I agree that more task options are needed. We have been trying to use the task functionality and have found a number of gaps.
Recap: We have a situation where our HR department sends us a notification when an employee is moving internally from one department to another. When this occurs, we have a number of things that need to happen that we would like associated tickets created for. The task functionality seems to come close but has gaps in accomplishing what is needed.
