Currently it doesn't appear to be possible to define SLA based on the Assignee.
For example, depending on the team:
- 1st Line
- 2nd Line
- Development
- etc
It would be good to set different targets for the same Prioty.
i.e. A low priority for 1st Line might be 2 days but a low for development might be 5 days.
