Allow multiple tickets to be Merge in 1 process

Hi,

Please bring back the option to allow merge multiple tickets in just 1 process. because currently you have to merge 1 ticket at a time one by one. Just like in Relating a ticket it allows you to pick multiple tickets to relate in 1 process. It is a big hassle if you are receiving a lot of tickets of the same kind.

Agreed. There should a mass merge function, like there is for editing details or deleting. We push our RMM monitoring through SD and it would nice to merge all the tickets for say a server downtime that generates multiple tickets.

Are there any updates on this? We have multiple tickets being created by a vendor, all for the same issue and it's crazy that we can't mass merge.
