It would be helpful if the discovery agent could pull more information from the computer BIOS. We manually set a six digit ID number in the Ownership Tag section, but it doesn't show up anywhere under Asset Management within the Service Desk.
Likewise. We have pre-printed asset ID barcode tags that we attach to our hardware, and computers have that number entered in BIOS. Other asset inventory tools we use can display this information.
