If you have been one of the few the proud the Microsoft CRM users that had ever integrated with outlook, you know how cool it was to have all those features right there in outlook. I have read several ideas now where like Vacation calendar and others that mentioned in the comments that outlook calendar integrations would be nice. How about a outlook add-in so that it integrates with outlook. You could manage all you WHD items right from there. Have it show up under Personal folders like an archive folder only WHD. You could have a calendar, accesses to queues, FAQ's etc. allow the users to drive WHD from a tool they are already probably in all day long anyway, their email. Can I get a OH YEAH!!!! in the Kool-aid man style.
