I think it could help to have to opportunities to link an existing solution to a categorie in service desk.
Let me give you an exemple:
We are using a software called "Cargowise" with having somes trouble since few weeks now, we have found a solution to fix the problem but need to apply it manually on every user who have the issue.
I made a solution in service desk with all details to solve it, i would like it to appear as a solution everytime we received a ticket with a defined categorie.
