My department recently upgraded to DameWare Remote Support version 12.0 and switched from the standalone to centralized version so that we could use a global host list instead of having our own different, individual lists, each with a unique set of hosts. The global host list is a great feature, but I think it would be even better if all the authentication details (authentication type, user ID, password, etc) could be saved on the server itself. This way, every client can just choose a host and connect to it instantly without needing to store a username/password locally. It'd be a huge convenience. I was told this feature doesn't exist yet and was advised to submit the request to this board, so here's hoping it comes in the next release.
