Is it possible to add the requester field to the head bar. It would help when working through a long incident

Acutally I thought this was a duplicate of one I added to view the the Requester within the ticket when scrolling.
Your print screen is to add requester of the View Headbar. You can do that currently by modifing the view. Click on Edit View, Columns and then find Requester as one of the fields to check. You can also add additional fields if you wish.
Make sure you click Apply to see the change and then click on Save. The ... marks also give you additional options like default view or Save as New so you don't modify the one you were on (Save As).
