Like other IT Service Desk platforms, it would be beneficial to have the ability to create widgets in the Dashboard that can display trends similar to those in the analytics module.
This would provide service agents, board members, and stakeholders with a better overview of the situation without the need to use multiple modules.
Additionally, this could eliminate the need to provide access to the Analytics module when it's not necessary.
In my opinion, this flexibility would greatly enhance our platform's functionality.
