We would like to have reminders setup for task items when tasks are overdue. Tasks are not seen in the incident Queues where we do most of the work. We need to be able to see the tasks so that they are not forgotten.
Completely agree. I have another Feature Request for this exact thing.

@joeybrownAn example of how this feature could be used would be to add the "date/time" field logic to be available to be selected when using automation rules. It would also be a good idea to add the option when creating a task in a service request. When selecting the "Due in" xxx day(s) option, add the availability to selecte a reminder date for the assigned task.
