We need to add Change request to the list of Ticket types so we can more easily identify changes.

Time for a bump.
The ability for WHD to support change management has been requested (re: Management of ITIL's Request for Change) many years ago... Nice to see that others still see this as an important enhancement that is lacking.
Any updates on Change Management enhancements? Having a separate ticket type would be great. I would be curios to see how others have the system configured when using change request as a request type.
Any help would be appreciated.
