On the WHD Mobile.app on iPhone, the Search Client currently only gives Profile information about the client, which may be useful at times.
BUT… since this is a Help Desk system, searching on Client should also list the Tickets the client has created, with a filter to narrow the search from Open, Assigned, Scheduled, Resolved, Closed, etc…
