Having additional columns available as an option to add to the view or to use in advanced search for creating queries would be great.
Specifically, at the moment, I am enjoying the new use of Parent/Child tickets in v12.3 to manage projects that involve multiple steps and technicians in order to complete the whole process. I would like to easily see from the ticket interface whether a ticket is a parent, child or a standalone.
I realize I can accomplish this by adding some sort of text or visual aid to the subject of the request, but I know that the fields and data already exist in the database so please "expose" them (and other fields) as options for columns.
