Option to remove 'Reply above this line to add a comment' from notification emails

For various reasons, we are trying to drive users to use the Portal and make less use of emails.

The 'Reply above this line to add a comment' however is encouraging users to avoid the portal and just reply via email.

I can't find a way to remove this line in existing settings, under Notifications, Email sections, etc

I'm hoping I'm missing something obvious, but if not, can an option please be added to remove this line?

Would be nice to disable this.
Also an issue in this is that replying adds the info from and subject above the line. You need to remove that all the time to add a decent comment.
