I would like to see that when we are adding an asset to a ticket via Related tab -> Attach -> Configuration item, that information be displayed when printing a hard copy of the ticket. In WHD that information was printed on the ticket and we've used that to track assets which was very helpful. After switching to SWSD this information is not available when printing a hard copy of a ticket nor shown on the Related tab when asset is added to the ticket.
To reiterate:
Please add Serial Number and Asset Tag information to Related tab after it has been added, and the ability to print the serial number and asset tag on the hard copy.
