It would be beneficial to have an option to save whatever "edit view" filter you set. For example, our departments/groups only want to see tickets they are assigned to within incidents instead of every incident. They have to filter every time under 'edit view' when they log in to see the tickets they are assigned to. It would be nice if the system could save your view/filter preferences for each time you log in.
