Improved Customisation of Reports

Hi,

Could we please look to improve the reporting capability of SWSD by being able to customise the layout, branding and elements of PDF reports as well as being able to schedule them to send via email.

Your last bit (scheduling via email) is already possible. Open a saved report and click the calendar icon at the top right. The report must be saved before creating the schedule, but they can be scheduled.

Hi, I spoke to the customer and they are referring to Incident/Service request export pdf feature

It would be cool too if we can add a mean and Upper Control limit as well.
