Currently when you reply to a user from WHD, they have to scroll down down down to see your comments to the ticket if they use the email. We need to correct that so it works more like other ticket systems and places the most recent comments at the top of the email and then if they reply to the email its say above a line and so on. I even as the admin find it very frustrating to have to scroll through the email of which i know what the issue is already, to find a users or technicians reply.
Please reorder the email threads and possible redesign the email body entirely. Most recent comments on top, like a normal email process.
