We would be interested in support the the Nortel/Avaya CS 1000e Telephony systems as we have a large installation of Media Gateways. Monitoring and reporting the call quality would be great!
Would be very interested in Avaya support. Also would like to see the same type of information for video infrastructure. Specifically Cisco/Tandberg.

Avaya Communication Servers CDR/CQR monitoring is now supported in VNQM v4.2
Based on this affirmation "CDR and CQR monitoring of 1:1 and conference VoIP calls with MOS, Jitter, Latency, and end-point information" (http://www.solarwinds.com/voip-network-quality-manager.aspx#Version%20History) , is the CDR only on VOIP calls or the standard digital ones as well?
