Markdown for Formatting Solutions

The formatting for Solutions is terrible. It's visual-style dependent with little provision for document structure.

Adding the ability to use Markdown to format solutions would make formatting consistent, predictable, and standards-based. It would also go a long way to being accessible for the visually-impaired.

Formatting on solutions needs some improvement, i've found myself at times writing the solutions in Word and then copying them over to the solution, and at times due to formatting issues i've had to manually recreate solutions in which seems faster than trying to fix the formatting. Just need to be consistent and more formatting optons.
