We should be able to make a checkbox mandatory but cannot. Example: "I have read and agree to abide by company policy for the reset and security of passwords." Having that be a mandatory checkbox is ideal.

I selected the mandatory box when I created a checkbox field, but it is not mandatory and the staff can submit the form without checking the box.
This is still an issue
Sounds like this is a software bug which needs to pushed over to support and fixed. Hard to believe it's been sitting here in feature requests almost 5 years!
