Two feature requests
1. Servicedesk shows all the possible states like open, approved, closed for changes, incidents and more on their web app but there is no API to get the information. We are building integration for our customers to get all the changes and look at details of how many were approved and stats around changes. As states can be customised, we need to know which state is to be considered as Closed, which for approved etc.
2.The audits API provide details about what happened to say a particular change or incident like it was updated and summary has the details, but reading more info from summary can be hard, instead it should be simpler to know what has actually updated or changed.
