I work for Vectrus Inc. and we just purchased Samanage to help us automate software licensing and provisioning at our company. We've completed the project and during testing we've identified some system feedback that may confuse our users. When submitting a software request, the system displays the following message:
"THIS WAS ALREADY SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED, REFRESH THE PAGE TO SEE ACCURATE STATUS"
We would like to either have the ability to customize this message or have someone on your team update it so it is worded more accurately. We believe this message could be simplified to say something like, "Your request has been processed, please refresh this page to view the current status."
