Currently we have to add an approval step and either approve or decline to create a branching logic in processes.

This would be most helpful if you could create the condition, a list of possible answers, and a separate branch for each answer. Examples: What model is the computer? Lenovo - branch 1, HP - branch 2, Dell - branch 3What department is the user? HR - branch 1, IT - branch 2, Finance - branch 3, Engineering - branch 4, etc.
@averba.snoisle - I think that the need described is addressed by Service Request Custom Fields/Dynamic Forms/Field Logic. Would you agree?
