Create one task notification email for all tasks assigned to a user

Would like an option to turn on for all workflows with tasks, when people are notified, they have a task or multiple tasks, assigned to them, they just get one email notification not many. We have workflows with multiple tasks assigned to our HR department and they get inundated with emails. It would be more user friendly to have 1 email saying you have tasks assigned to on incident # 1234.

I like this solution, 1 email with the list of tasks would be a much more elegant solution than just turning off all task emails
