Maybe this is a feature, but if so I cannot find it. I would like a feature where users can pick their department when submitting a ticket. We have a lot of turnover due to seasonal workers and having us manage the users' departments is a lot of work. I would like a feature so that they can pick what department they are in when they are submitting a ticket. This is better for reports but also better for triggering approval processes that have a departmental approver.
