Looking to have a report set up or a way to make a custom report that will break down how tickets are submitted. Either via email, or portal so we can get information on if our end users are using the portal or just just email and compare the data
This is actually possible. I know because I have this report.
This report can be a bar graph or a pie chart, which is selectable in the top right. (It can only be a pie chart if you select "None" for "Stack By")
