Our users forget their passwords occasionally and use the reset password often. However, when their passwords are reset to a random password, it's a little challenging for them to type in the odd new password. We would like to add a feature that when the reset password button is selected, that the system automatically resets the password to a specific password (of our choosing) or we can select it be changed to their email / user name. This would make it easier for our users to use the web helpdesk.
