I know that the existing product version has the ability to register what days of teh week and times on those days a technitian is available. However, I know we could benefit from better control over this roster if it was extended somehow to include a rolling roster of some type. We only have a few technitians that work 7 days a week but then go on leave for a few days and another tech comes off leave and covers them while the first tech is off. There are also usually 1 or 2 days of overlap. These techs are then also on call after -hours. We overcome this now by encouraging them to put themselves on vacation but they often forget to do this and also forget to take themselves off again.
