Currently if a portal/task user is sent an a link to the agent view, they receive a 404. We'd like to request a more graceful way of handling this. The 404 response causes much confusion to our users. It would be preferable if Samanage forwarded the users to the portal view of the same page if possible, and if not redirected them to the portal home, or their pending tasks. Anything would be better than the current state.
