The current "Text over Form" layout of the Service Catalog Request Item is absolutely terrible at responsiveness.
The form leaves a ton of whitespace on the right and drops the fields into a lengthy vertical scroll.
When you resize your window to a larger screen, it reorders the fields into 2 columns, but they don't stretch out horizontally, still leaving a ton of whitespace.
We can't use the "Form & Text Side by Side" layout because it doesn't support reordering of fields. And even if we did, it's not a great improvement because it's still just a vertical list of scrolling, leaving the whitespace on the middle & left side instead.
PLEASE give us options to adjust the layout of the Service Catalog form, or at the very least, make it better at adjusting the layout.
